Cinclus AI is an advanced language model service designed specifically for Nordic users, offering state-of-the-art AI capabilities similar to ChatGPT and other leading platforms. Our service runs entirely on self-hosted infrastructure within Europe, ensuring complete data sovereignty and privacy compliance. These Terms of Service («Terms») govern your use of Cinclus AI services provided by WAYSCloud AS («we,» «us,» or «our»). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

2. User Registration and Accounts

Distribute malware – Creating or spreading malicious software
Spam or abuse – Mass unsolicited communications or service abuse
Reverse engineer – Attempting to derive source code or algorithms
Resell without authorization – Commercial redistribution of our services
